2. Purpose and terms of use
williamfogg.es presents my activity as a personal travel advisor, along with the destinations and experiences I design. Accessing the site means accepting this legal notice. I undertake to use it in good faith and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties or the site itself.
I may change the content and this notice at any time. The version in force is the one published at any given time.
3. Travel information and prices
This site does not publish prices or allow online booking. Descriptions of destinations, experiences and itinerary ideas are indicative. Each trip is booked on the basis of a personalised written proposal, which sets out the itinerary, the total price and the booking conditions. Package travel is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, structure and the "William Fogg" brand belong to the owner, unless otherwise stated. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without prior written permission is not allowed. Some images come from suppliers and from free-to-use image libraries, and are credited where required. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to me at will@williamfogg.es and I will review it without delay.
5. Links and third-party content
The site may link to third-party pages, such as WhatsApp. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Liability
I take great care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available. I am not liable for damage arising from service interruptions or technical failures beyond my control.
7. Data protection and cookies
How your personal data is processed is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookie policy. Both form part of this notice.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection legislation.
9. Language
This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
